Okay, this is the SECOND time that an extra color, RED shows up for inktober. James Catch is a federal agent / spy type I was developing for like, years. The idea never went anywhere, I just liked drawing this dude with a gun getting all beat up with nary a plot line in sight. I took idea this from an old strip I penciled and put together way, way back in early 2000's. James Catch was trying to 'catch' a bad guy and got all beat up doing so.
